Ingredients Qty
- Chicken (curry cut) 150 gram
- Green chili 2-3
- Red chili powder 8 gram (1 tbsp)
- Garlic 4 gram
- Chopped ginger 2 gram
- Chopped onion 40 gram
- Cumin seed powder 2 gram
- Black peppercorns 1 gram
- Salt To taste
- Oil 5 Ml
- Chop tomatoes 20 gram
- Chopped coriander for garnish
Method to make Murg masala chicken recipe.
- Grind the green chilies, garlic ginger, cumin, seed, peppercorns, red chilly powder, with the salt
- Apply over the chicken and marinate for 1 hour
- Heat oil in a pan and chop onions and saute till it gets light golden brown
- Add chop tomatoes and cook till oil oozes out and add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes
- garnish with the chopped coriander leaves
- Now server hot and enjoy the dish with your friends and family
